The HR Shared Service Center is a young organization. The HR Shared Service Center provides services for Recruitment, Administration & Payroll and Pension for all business units of our client in the Netherlands. For the HR Support Center, part of the HR Shared Service Center, we are looking for a:
Manager HR Administration & Payroll
Your mission
The Manager HR Administration & Payroll is
accountable for all administrative activities covered by HR
Support, which includes payroll administration, employee data
management, contract management and leave and absence monitoring
for both local, local hire plus and expats. He/she works for all
the 10 Dutch entities and ensures consistency & compliance of
contracting / payroll activities across businesses. As Manager HR
Administration & Payroll you will be leading and supporting a
team of around 12 employees which are working for a population of
around 2300 employees. Furthermore the HR Shared Service Center is
in a transition phase in which the focus is on change management
and customers' satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities
- People & Teams: Drive team effectiveness and efficiency by managing and coaching team members;
- Consumers, Customers & Stakeholders: Coordinate with and across HR teams in the business to ensure consistency in payroll and administrative execution. Furthermore manage variety of requests from different stakeholders, aligns on priorities and ensure consistency between business units;
- Performance: Deliver on agreed level of service, drive excellence in process execution and ensure compliance with local legislation / group policy;
- Accountable for process & projects: Manage HR IS tools, employee data, contracts, compliancy, payroll administration and leave and absence;
- Business Strategy: Understand entities needs, key stakes and ensure country or local regulations are applied;
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends in HR to bring leading edge expertise in employment law and tax legislation.
As Manager HR Administration & Payroll you are reporting to the HR Shared Service Manager for the Netherlands.
Your profile
For our ideal candidate we are looking for someone with a bachelor
degree and 7 - 10 years working experience with proven experience
in payroll and people management within an international
organization. Furthermore you are able to deal with different level
of stakeholders and know how to empower your team to get the best
out of them. For this role it is a must to speak English and Dutch
fluently.
